In 1996, I began practicing as a plaintiff's lawyer and I have been representing patients who have been injured as a result of medical negligence since that time. I became a sole practitioner in 2001 and do continue to represent patients who have been injured by medical negligence.
By and large, the vast majority of people that come to my office have never even been into a courthouse much less a lawyer's office. So they want to know about the process, what is going to happen. My goal is to tell them what they can expect in a lawsuit, what they can expect if they pursue this matter. An informed client makes good decisions and good decisions lead to better outcomes.
